Long Lasting Legal Document Wallets

Whether you work for the Crown Prosecution Service or you’re a solicitor, you will work with a great many clients and will have accumulated large quantities of client account files. These files will need to be kept on record for a long time and they will need to be kept safe. When you have an appointment with your clients, it wouldn’t look very professional to pull out shabby looking files, in the court of law when showing the judge your documents and evidence, it will be imperative to make sure these files are in pristine condition.

It is a good idea to colour code your files or to label them by year or initial this way enabling better identification. These files have a gusset which is made of hard wearing cloth that can allow the file to expand up to 75mm. The linen cloth is glued and sandwiched between two pieces of strong manilla which ensures that its contents will remain secure and protected for a long time. This cloth gusset process is known as double lining. The three-quarter length flap is tied in place with the traditional eyeletted pink legal tape.
